I qualified in 2003 and graduated in 2009 with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. With over 10 years’ experience in a private setting and over 2 years’ experience in the NHS, in January 2018 I celebrated three years since the launch of my private practice. I am experienced in working with depression and anxiety disorders, personal development, low self-esteem, stress, anger management, addictions, eating disorders. I am here to be by your side in overcoming your current difficulties, and to help you acquire the skills and tools to overcome your future difficulties.
I'm focused on offering therapy for depression and anxiety disorders using mostly cognitive behavioural techniques. I also offer to counsel people requiring support in overcoming present difficulties in their lives. I offer a parenting course, enabling parents to use cognitive behavioural techniques to improve the parent-child relationship. I'm organising workshops for people who are interested in getting to know themselves better and understand the mechanisms behind their emotions.
I’m registered with British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (687037) and I am a member of British Psychological Society (285938).
